Custom Orders
Contact us via email for custom orders, to discuss your request and the expected turn-around time for the creation of your order. Custom orders, depending on the complexity of the request, may be priced slightly higher than currently listed items in the store.
About Payment
Payment via Paypal. You don't need a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal. Any taxes or duties that might be incurred are the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping & Delivery
Free postage anywhere in Australia.
Payment must be received before an item is posted. Items will be posted within 3 business of receipt of payment.
Contact us for quote on insuranced. International freight can be arranged including Pack and Track international that provides proof of postage and tracking from postage to delivery to key countries or Registered post International. Please contact us for options and prices.
Product Returns
Should you be unhappy with an item please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to discuss refund or exchange concerns. We will do our best to achieve customer satisfaction. Returned items must not have been used or worn. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for any additional import taxes / return shipping charges, as applicable.
Please take measurements carefully to ensure that the garment will fit.
